We want you to absolutely love your Gem Femme piece. If it's not quite right, you may exchange it for store credit.
Here’s how it works:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
-Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
-Proof of purchase is required
-Store credit will be issued once we’ve received and inspected the item
Please note:
– Earrings are not eligible for exchange (for hygiene reasons)
– Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged
– Store credit is valid for 3 months from date of issue
How to Request an Exchange (for Store Credit)
Contact Us
Email us at hello@gemfemme.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
– Your order number
– Name and email used to place the order
– Reason for exchange
– Photo of the item (if applicable)
Wait for Confirmation
We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s eligible for exchange. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.
Pack Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original box/pouch with all packaging intact. The item must be unworn and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Receive Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue you a store credit code via email, valid for 3 months.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
